Project codeX aims to solve two of Africa’s major challenges: youth unemployment and a critical programming skills gap. They find, train, and place young developer talent in great entry-level jobs and ensure they have the solid foundation they need to build long-term digital careers. Project codeX provide students a safe space to experiment, take risks, and explore their own talents so they'lll be ready to take on that great job, or even build their own company.

codeX’s programme is unique in teaching problem-solving skills, developing, entrepreneurship, and supporting personal and professional development and well-being of students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
